I live in Canada and was upset when I got a call that the patio window in my Phoenix home had been smashed. Who do you call? What do you do when you live 2000 miles away? I got lucky and called Mary with Best Glass. When I told her my predicament she was the voice of absolute "calm" and took care of every detail; and at a reasonable price I might add. Us Canadians are indeed polite, but do we ever appreciate service such as I received from Mary at Best Glass. I will be praising them to all of the folks I know who live in Phoenix.
